Interview with Families– Our staff sets up interviews for families that want to meet you after reviewing your portfolio.

Comprehensive Background Check and Driving Records – After you receive a job offer we use a professional company to conduct a comprehensive background check.

Sign Employment Agreement – Once you accept a position with a family, we will provide you and the family with a customizable employment agreement.
Nanny Knowledge Course – After you accept a position, you will complete the course before you begin working with the family.
